CCRT is a non-profit organization based on volunteers who work at providing permanent homes for the dogs that are in need. It was established in 1999 and has helped a large number of dogs since that time. Everybody who knows of a dog that is abused should notify the committee. Often these dogs are voluntary relinquished by their owners who cannot keep them for any reason, but sometimes the dogs are found stray in the street and need special care and attention.
